Site Slow?

It feels like dial-up right now (and I'm on 1gig fiber optic). No problems with other sites either.

I noticed it last night when I was browsing from my phone and put it down to that, but it is still slow this morning.

I couldn't get on about an hour ago, and assumed it was down again. But just loaded quickly.
It was also slow for me all day yesterday after shut down.

We are using less than 10% of memory and CPU's and only 15% of the storage.
I have cleared all surplus logs and checked database for any problems.
After having rebooted the server there is not much else l can do.
I have submitted a request for the server peeps to take a look.

I couldn't get on at all last night or early this morning but all seems ok now.
It's still quicker than sites where you have to put your face in some dotted lines and take a photo.

It is hit and miss, sometimes the links are clicked and it shoots through, other times it can take double digit seconds to open.
