You don't need top table money to get better than 1 goal and 3 assists.

But you do need money, which means spreading our money one player thinner.

Also, Sancho has been at the ‘top table’ his whole career.

I'd fancy Jimoh would have contributed more if he'd played as much as Sancho has. ManU clearly don't want him, Chelsea paid extra to not keep him and it's highly debatable we'll keep him on a free.

I've said before that he's a player where you can why clubs try with him as the talent is there, but you also see why no one in the last 5 years has seen him hit that level.

I too would like to see Jimoh-Aloba get some more opportunities to develop with us.

Yeh. We have him, Alysson, Madjo and one or two other kids that could save us a few million. We need to see them all come through and challenge.

I'd rather sign the actor that played him in Dear England.

I'll just leave it to Unai to decide if he's worth it or not.
If Unai wants him it's fine by me. We can all have our opinions but Unai knows best.

If Unai signed Robbie Savage, I'd just shrug and accept it must be part of the  plan.

The problem is that we don’t have top-table money.

We have a budget, and if Emery can make do with Sancho on a free, so he can use more money somewhere else, he will go for it.

He obviously thinks Sancho can do a job, or he wouldn’t have stuck with him so far.
to be pedantic we do have top table money its just we are not allowed to spend it

I don’t think Madjo can play till January, unfortunately.

Yeah that one is a bit of a faux pas.

Not really a big deal. Only a kid so likely wouldn't have played anyway. Was still able to learn at BH so hopefully that will have done him some good. Get him loaned out for six months and see if we fancy bringing him back into the squad in January or loaning him again.

It’s more the fact we didn’t know that’s the faux pas
