Hemmings has been with the squad all season and it might have been better for him to have gone out and got first team football somewhere. Challenging for CL places each year for each of the last 3 has meant that the bar is really high for them and in recent years, there's only really been Jacob Ramsey who's been at that level.

The best option is a case-by-case situation. Some players are better being kept around the squad and find a loan harms their development.
