The few times I've heard Cole Palmer interviewed, he's come across as quite negative about his birthplace.

Have you ever been to Wythenshawe? The highlight is a visit to the hospital there which is excellent. My sister's friend bought her first house there and the neighbour went to extreme lengths to try and convince her to move.

Many years ago me and a colleague worked in Manchester for a short time and stayed in digs. Think it was Wythenshawe. Whatever part it was, the houses all seemed to look the same, there was a Co-op we used as a landmark to find our way back after nights out. The landlady generously allowed us to have one bath a week.
