That's interesting, isn't it? They've given us a chance. The twats. They want it to feel even worse when we fuck it up.

The Beeb live feed was like a study on how to ignore the Villa, full of references to widening gaps to Man City or not without ever mentioning the team level with them with a game in hand.

It really is quite bizarre.  I’m sure they were talking about Leicester at this point.

Just gone onto the BBC feed and literally the first update on there is Martin Keown explaining how today was "a good day for Aston Villa".

The second update on there is a picture of the table captioned with "Aston Villa, who host Everton tomorrow, will cut Arsenal's lead to four points if they win."

I’d rather we be ignored by the pundits than more of the usual condescension we’ll no doubt experience if we do win tomorrow.

Are… ASTON VILLA (snigger) actually in the title race??? Etc.

Exactly. If Sralx died there'd be loads of articles and videos. It's the double standard that maimes me, cripples me, makes me chew my insides out from the gums and send the pulp to my dead relatives in Minsk. If they'd just be impartial about the football I'd have peace, you know?

(a) they literally are talking about us

(b) Leicester were joint top at this stage in 2016, and they were still getting nothing more than "keeping up pressure on Arsenal and Man City at the top" like we're getting now.

It's between us and Arsenal, everyone else is shit.

Yes but Arsenal are also shit.

Get our name on the trophy.

It's happening and I don't care who laughs at me.

All of you will be Smirker fans come the end of May.

Trust me.

I trust you Smirker.

Not that you ever feel the need to comment or disparage people about it.

That'll do. Well done Forest and, vomits, Man U. You're off the twats list.
Got an updated list?

A win tomorrow and next week it will be all "are Villa the team in the ascendancy?" talk.
Just as we prepare to head up to the Jaudis...
