I reckon Lampard will end up in the England job.

Then get a fortunate tournament draw, lose in the final to the first decent team they meet, and end up as Sir Frank Lampard.

Our old central defender not covering himself in glory.

Who’s that them? (Sorry, just got up).

Forests first goal has got the scousers whining. They don't seem to think that making a movement next to the ball AND not making any movement at all is two different interpretations. They also don't seem to link that their club kicking up a massive fuss about the goal being disallowed probably got a directive from PGMOL leaders not to be too aggressive for those potential offsides now (also the fact one was given as an on-pitch decision meant VAR couldn't really do too much and the same with this one).

Blues score four at home in three successive games for the first time since 1958-59.

We gifted them two goals, they were playing fullbacks as fullbacks, they were playing with a decent centre forward, a better keeper, we played in a way that was easier for them to defend against.

Edwards wants his head checking. They are not a Premier League side and are going down.

Hoping Man City bury Newcastle this afternoon and completely remove them from the equation.

He has the ready made "but the first goal he was in front of the keeper" moan to fall back on.
