It will be ridiculous if they punish Palace for qualifying for Europe by making them play four games in eight days. They should really have considered this possibility at the start of the season and reduced the semi-finals to one leg, or started the Premier League a week earlier and left a free midweek.

Yes it is a ridiculous situation. Only the likes of Man City, Chelsea, Liverpool, Spuds, Man Utd and to a lesser extent ourselves and Newcastle could just about cope with it. To win competitions you need very big squads, something Palace don’t have but then again they want to be in these competitions and this is what it means. We clearly prioritised on the League and Europe, Palace are going for everything so something has to give.

On the other hand, after the amount of misery they have inflicted on us in recent years, sod Crystal Palace.

Leicester 0 Blackburn 2 Leicester fans leaving as well as singing ‘you’re not fit to wear the shirt.’  I mean I know they’ve had some success over the years but surely this is just them returning to their historical shite selves.

There could be a 8 point gap minimum between Wolves and safety. And a 4 point gap between bottom 3 and 17th.

Doug substituted after 14 minutes for Forest, presume an injury. It doesn’t seem to be going for him since he left us.

Hamstring apparently.

Wolves losing to Fulham and down to ten men already. They’ll have a new bastard manager by the time we play them.

Dobbin scores his fourth of the season for Preston.
