How is Semenyo cleared to play having already played for Bournemouth earlier in this competition - so he's effectively cup-tied? Of course, it has to be a Citeh player who scores!
The rules were changed this season. I don't think it applies to the FA cup but I might be wrong.

It’s funny that it’s Man City having a goal disallowed but there was no way the keeper was getting that whether Haaland was offside or not.
