Our unassailable points lead not looking too clever now.

Of all the teams to creep up on you, Manchester United.
And we have to go there. :-X

I have to say that Yanited seem to have found a very good goalkeeper unfortunately.

Commands his area very well, looks a good buy but the nonsense at every Everton corner was a joke.

Man U just did enough by converting the one bit of quality play from either team.

Its difficult to imagine in view of the fact we have been top 4 for the best part of a season and then blow up, 4th or 5th would be fine 👍

I reckon we’ll be scrapping for a Europa place by April tbh.

Lets not forget we have a Europa final we can win.

McGinn got crocked early doors, the ref failed to send off their most influential midfielder for a blatant second yellow, they scored from a comedy of errors at the back and we're utter shit going forward.

Hope is a lie.

I'm feeling gloomy too but doubt we'll be lower than 6th. No way in the world we win the Europa, things like that don't happen to us.

If we fuck it up, we're scrapping round the back of the bins again in the summer to pick up some players, probably have to sell too. Will be a disaster and make it even more difficult (impossible) next season.

Now or never to really kick on and give ourselves a good chance of cementing ourselves up there.

I think we'll look back at this season as one where we either kicked on to the next level, or pretty much accept our place as trying to be the best of the rest. That's how important it is.

Hope is a lie.

Or a necessary strategy.

Depends. I'm pretty sure we stated that ALL three teams needed to be on stupid form to knock us to 6th. Currently we are one win above 1 and 2 wins off the other two.
