That's a garish mess. I assume it's a mock-up or fake.
Yep.

Likely to be this one.

It intrigues me how and why people make kit mock-ups. Are they hoping for a job in the kit manufacturing industry, is it a hobby? Who are these people? Haven’t we got our own on this site? I can’t remember seeing their posts lately of their mock-ups.

I think the two posts below yours explain exactly why I enjoy seeing people design their own kits and share them online. Everyone has an opinion and everybody loves to moan and criticise the official versions, but then we see what people think are better options and we realise the people in charge are making correct choices.

Has anyone else noticed those authenticity-lending Adidas tags have last years price on? It says £80, which was the price of last year’s tops, when this years away is £85.

I quite like the idea of folk posting their own design ideas. Rather than just moan about the latest kit (like I do) it gives us alternatives to look at and inspires debate.

Just got back from Fuertaventura and saw several people wearing that kit. Is it the new kit or is it from a knock off site?

I said to one bloke "Up the Villa!" He just stared at me like I was talking gibberish.

My daughter has bought me the Black 150th anniversary shirt. It really is a thing of beauty. Quite possibly the greatest football shirt of all time. I just need to shift a stone on my midriff as she’s got the slim fit!

Now that’s a bit of motivation I need to do start exercising again.

I still get a bit giddy if I see a Villa shirt out and about down here, and try to always acknowledge it with an UTV. I'd say it's about a 50/50 positive response rate.

Which is all the encouragement I need, sadly.

I’d have a sore throat if I offered an ‘up the Villa’ to everyone I see on Chelmsley in a Villa shirt. Asda yesterday afternoon resembled Aston Tesco’s on a matchday there were so many. It’s lovely to see.
