We've also lost the vast majority of games that we've played after a Champions League match this season.

It would be useful to break that very unwanted record today. That and conceding on the opponents first shot. 18 times and counting I believe. Two very unenviable records for a side still only a few points outside the top 4, and in the latter stages of two major cup competitions.

It’s weird I had much more confidence for a Champions League away game than this. I just can’t see anything other than a loss here - hope I’m proved to be massively wrong.

Can't see anything but a loss?

What a ridiculous thing to say!
Why, it’s his opinion.
I couldn’t predict it.

It's a stupid opinion then because we won there last season and we are currently above them in the table.

So, to see nothing but a loss doesn't make any logical sense.

I guess PaulWinch again doesn't understand logic.

We tend to lose away, we tend to lose after Champions League games. It’s hardly a huge logic leap. I hope I’m wrong, but this season’s trends suggest it won’t be a good one. Like I say I hope (and would be delighted if) I’m wrong.

Hope for a positive performance having seen the team.  Guessing Emi & Asensio have niggles being rested for Wednesday.
