No nerves at all tonight. His first touches were to take it inside and shoot and the goal just made the night. Looks serious prospect.

Good finish, I doubt the lad is going to sleep tonight.

Delighted for him. Without getting carried away, get him in the team, Unai. If you can't do that, at least give him some minutes. Having to blood our youngsters due to our injury crisis may be a blessing in disguise. Most impressed.

He looked happy but humble. Seems a lovely lad.

The next best thing was not getting injured.

Amadou seems a great teammate to have.

Whose place/which position would we be looking to play Jamal if he was to get a run in the team?

I said in the pre match thread I'd like to see him get some minutes.
We were in L6 and I said to my lad..'he'll score'
Straight away he was a threat, and looked full of confidence.
I'd play him ahead of Guessand every day of the week.

Yes, showed more pace, skill and finishing ability in just over twenty minutes than Evann has all season.

I thought he might go out on loan if it we hadn't had the injuries we have. Would love him to stay and have more appearances like tonight , and grow here.
Great impact sub performance, and a very cool finish

I'm so pleased for him scoring his first Aston Villa goal in front of the Holte End.
