I remember not so long ago seeing a clip of StuntPeg on Sky and they were all talking about Arteta and Emery (not 100% sure why?) and she was saying it was an insult to Emery to compare Arteta to him. Arteta has won nothing as a manager and Emery has had success every we're he's managed. The rest of them were shocked but I think ultimately agreed with her in the end.

She does know her stuff. There was an discussion on who was the best RW in the Prem, she raised Salah, some journo stated Beckham because he got all the assists and she instantly shut him down with "Salah is only 5 assists behind Beckham" (he has now overtaken that mark).

Just catching the highlights again. For the disallowed 3rd goal, very noticeable that Duran initially challenges Rice with Kamara. Then just stops and watches the ball from the edge of the box letting Merino move into acres of space to get his shot away. It is definitely that side he still needs to work on.

I was disappointed we scraped a draw, it was probably the weakest Arse team they have fielded this season. Too many players were poor Maatsen crap and Onana obviously not able to cope physically.
We should have gone 1 up but Watkins again fluffed his lines, redeeming himself with the equaliser but if we had taken the lead I think we win the game. Cash similar lets Trossard cross easily for their goal then sublime cross to Watkins.
We are still unable to beat the top teams. Tielemans superb second half.

You do realised they haven’t lost at home since they last played us don’t you? That was a very good result, they are still an excellent team with an exceptionally good midfield.

Not sure at all about their midfield. Rice isn't a 6, runs faster going forward than backward. Doesnt have tactical discipline. Merino can't run as seen for our first goal. They had a very inexperienced defence on show and the handful of times we broke with purpose their midfield was nowhere.

I thought we played a lot better against them at Villa Park in all honesty.

I thought it would be entertaining to dip into the Gooners forum. It's quite an experience. The level of insults towards our club and our city was vile. First off the matchday thread was titled Villa Vulvas. The rest was a pretty unhinged take on today's match and a random sprinkling of casual racism and and personal insults to our players and and especially our manager. There doesn't appear to be any moderators or if there is they're extremely lenient. They're so horrible as a fan base I can actually say something I never thought I would. I hope Liverpool win the league. There i've said it now. I'd better go and scrub myself.

They're easily the worst fans in the division.

They really are the most bitter, entitled pricks.

Obviously, go straight to the part where we score (7:20 onwards).

The bloke doing the Partey impression was hilarious.

StuntPeg is amazing. Funny too.

Both our goals were excellent.

Their goals were scrappy crap.
Despite all the changes in modern football, Can't beat a diving header goal .

A great cross and a great header trumps any other kind of goal for me.

That goal Andy Gray scored against Man Utd at the Holte End, the defender and keeper are just props.

That forum really is vile.  I had a look at the anatomy thread after you mentioned it. It looks like the ravings of school kids.

I’m not totally convinced the ball hit Havertz’s arm for the disallowed goal…..it looks like it came off the pointy pit of his hip bone.

But, hey ho.
Shit happens. We should have had a corner that wasn’t given.

You don’t really believe that do you? You can’t have really watched it, or you’re on a wind up.

You watch a couple of angles at normal speed and it does look suspect. However the BBC showed conclusively it comes off his arm including zooming in and pausing it.

I saw it on the very first replay. Looked fairly obvious to me.

On a similar thing on angles, it looks so much like an own goal rather than Tielemans head in most of the replays I have seen.

I could only watch so much of that video. They are so massively dislikeable. I hope they never win the title again. I love that we might have fucked it up for them again also. It’s a delightful feeling.

Which shows we are not as good as last season.

Nobody's saying we're playing as well as last season but it's a bit much to.complain about a draw away to a team second in the league.
