If Unai was to leave in the summer, would Damian go with him, I know this contentious but I would love to have Christian Purslow or a similar figure back at the club. So regardless manager turn over we have some continuity, also his communication skills were second to none

Yes I particularly liked his communication when he said “I’m pleased to welcome Steven Gerrard as first team manager”

Vidagany’s more in line with Suso and Lange than Purslow, isn’t he? Purslow would be more like Heck or this Italian fellow we’ve got now.

Purslow was likely the best appointment we could’ve made at the time. But horribly out of his depth when it came to taking the club from mid table to Champions League.

He has a podcast with Henry Winter now, and I think that's just the measure of the man.

Strange take.

Unai's footsoldiers will all depart with the Mister when he goes.

Purslow didn't seem out of his depth when Chelsea and the Redscouse were in the Champions League.

Having an administrator of that calibre was big for us in the Championship and in the first few years back in the topflight.

Made a hames of the Smith replacement, admittedly. But it was Pusrlow who advocated for Dean Smith back in 2018 when Nas wanted Thierry Henry and other fantasy football picks.

The North Stand + surrounding development he advocated for looked far better than the Ellis-style compromise we've opted for n'all.

I mean you have wage issues yet you think paying sanchos 200k a week wages is a good idea...

Jesus Christ mate you are a melt.
I have posted here about twice in ten years and I felt I need to say something because every thread contains your relentless moaning.

Dry your eyes and support the team.

Night night
God bless x

This aged well you melt

God bless x

Firstly I haven’t the faintest clue why you’re alluding to.

Secondly you held on to your scorn for the guts of a month? Don’t be a baby.

Thirdly melt.

I get it. You both live on remote islands in different hemispheres and are having this tiff by posted letters.
