We're 33/1 on to finish top 5. I'm feeling fairly confident.

How would an interested punter lay this bet. For some inexplicable reason, I am banned from Betfair. I’ve literally never had an account with them and assume I am the victim of some sort of cyber thingy. Are there other places I can bet on us not getting it?
Had a similar experience with this site. I'd been off it for a few days and decided to check in. All I got was this message with no way of appealing "You have been permanently banned from using this site" I was gobsmacked. Mrs Edge came to the rescue by telling me to turn my phone off and back on. This obviously worked but I have no idea what caused it.

I am of a vintage, scarred by the Fergie years at a formative age, that finishing above manu would bring immense satisfaction.

I honestly think we're in prime condition and we're going to batter our way through to end of the season.

I don't want to tempt fate, but I've got a similar feeling. If we can come away from Forest with a positive result, the next month could be absolutely marvellous.

Yep, this is where I’m at too. Our current good form and reduced injury list are pointing to a strong end to the season. It could well be the most memorable in our recent history.

Sure, but we've finished above them for the last two seasons. As PWS said, satisfaction at the end of last season was in pretty short supply in spite of us finishing ahead of them.

Yes, true. It was also in the context of a couple of comments about it not mattering whether we finish 3rd or 4th, as long as we qualify for CL. It matters to me (a little bit) as they currently occupy 3rd.

That’s my feeling too. Finish above them and our stock rises. So 3rd and the Europa cup will make me very happy.

Would fourth and the trophy make you unhappy?

Trophy every day of the week for me.

We need the 30 year monkey off our back. We also need the extra 60 or 70m a decent ECL would glean

Fine with the Liverpool goal.

6 points from the last 5 games and we're in the CL.

10 points ahead of Chelsea with 5 games left.  Surely we are good now?

One thing I will say we need to fix going forward is goal difference…..if it did come down to it we would not prevail.
