I heard semi automated off sides will be coming into the 5th round.

Can anyone explain this to me , what it means ?

cheers

Computers monitor of the players and position of the ball multiple times per second, then automatically show if the player is offside or onside. However it is reviewed by the VAR people before being confirmed so not fully automatic. If you watched any VAR offsides in Europe or during the summer tournament, it is that system.

I hate VAR and would ditch it tomorrow. I don’t care at all about injustices.  But if it’s here to stay then it needs to get much, much faster. This helps.

That's good, Cardiff game the Wednesday before has moved forward a day and so we have extra recovery time before our Champions League game. Hurrah.

Looking at the TV schedule, it doesn't seem as if the broadcasters are terribly excited by this round of games. Bournemouth v Wolves I see is not being broadcasted at all, not even on iplayer.
