We are heading to The Metropolitan on Marlybone street - Wetherspoons and always use it as its only a few stops from Wembley

Does this get rammed? 4 of us driving down and parking near Wembley, but 2 of us fancy a few pre match, previously we have just had a few on the famous green, but with the alcohol ban round Wembley, iffy weather tempted to get the tube if its better than going the nearby pubs which will no doubt be chaos
This one does, walk 5 minutes in any direction from there (except the one towards Marylebone Station) and you'll find one that isn't rammed

Agreed, that Spoons is always rammed, as is The Globe across the road. Try the Barley Mow on Dorset Street.

No ticket but booked a table in Goldwood in the City (of London). Going with a Palace friend and we will be demolishing a large bucket of buffalo wings and rather a few beers. Cannot wait. I hope everyone has a great day (except my mate).

I think they were around that price anyway. The dear ones were priced around that range.

A fella contacted me with an offer, he reckoned they had a face value of £290, he wanted £200 ono so seems more than fair.

That sounds fair enough to me e.g. I paid £750 for Club Wembley for the 2015 final. Not the best money I've ever spent.

The ticket-sales breakdown for the four semi-finalists this year were approximately:

Nottingham Forest - 36,000

Crystal Palace - 35,500

Aston Villa - 34,000

Manchester City - 27,000

How the fuck did that happen? We had 1500 less than Palace and 2000 less than Forest? Capacity of 90000 and the attendance on Saturday was less than 83000. What the hell gives?

I hate the semi finals being at Wembley. We’ve enough grounds with 50,000 - 60,000 plus capacities to play it somewhere other than that soulless place.

Take the positives, potentially thousands of Villa fans were spared a nightmare day
