I'd hoped for a bigger reaction to the weekends result tbh. Dull as fuck. We're so slow.

We've been pedestrian in our play for much of the season. I get that Emery wants a possession based approach but the sheer slowness of our play means that opposition defences are always set.

Very poor stuff from us.

Middle of the park is an issue for me. McGinn hardly in it and youri having another off day.

Saw Konsa and Mings telling others to slow the tempo down.i never understand this as we always seem to be at our best when we move the ball around quickly.

Bailey still seems injured to me. The acceleration just isn’t there.

Maatsen wasted as we aren’t attacking.

Defending on our 18 yard line again. The high line seems a distant memory.

Even on the occasions we have a chance to break, we too quickly turn back and slow up.

We seem to be in a bit of a slump at the moment. Playing quite poorly for a while.

Snails move quicker

If this was Gerrard he would be getting pellets for this.

You keep going on about pellets

Slow, ponderous, two centre halves booked could mean an early change there.
Midfield non effective.

Far too slow of thought & movement. Absolutely no support for Watkins.

Maybe that's the plan for the first half & we open them up in the second half. Torres, Onana & Ramsey to introduce some tempo & movement

Anyone know why they're booing Tielemans? is it because he played for Anderlecht? No idea if they're big rivals or not.

3 pretty different starting 11s in a week, and all 3 have looked shit.

Need to see a much better 2nd half.

I think we havent played great at all this season - have in patches but seem to have not found our mojo.  The Bologna game was the only when where I thought we were really good.

There have been good results, and good periods of the game.
