Juventus Tickets
« on: November 04, 2024, 05:21:06 PM »
Hi All,

I'm a claret member trying to buy Juventus Tickets which should be on sale online at 5pm today? It's not letting me select any area's other than hospitality. Not sold out already? I can get to the Brentford tickets which went on sale at exactly the same time.

Yes I've had the same experience from 5pm today when the window opened. Only GA+ apparently on sale?

For the Bayern game, at the point when tickets were put on sale to claret members who had not attended a Conference game last season, only hospitality tickets were available. Sounds like the same for Juventus. Just keep trying day by day though, seats will likely come available here and there.

I'm not convinced though because it's only providing me with GA+ options for Brentford too @Dave4471?

Went to the Hibs game last season but guess that doesn't count as it was a qualifying game?

Just had an email from Villa Tickets; saying it’s sold out.

Will only get a ticket, from returns. 🥺🥺

Starting to wonder if it was worth renewing my membership this season as you can't get a sniff at some of the tickets.

They were late going on sale. Definitely GA+ only at 5pm. I think maybe the normal tickets suddenly became available at about 5.25 or 5.30. I got mine into my basket, after which the site went a bit haywire, telling me to return to the page & buy again. I did nothing, mainly because they’d taken the money from my card and there wasn’t enough money on it to buy again (1 adult, 2 kids, £145), so I just left it alone and it finally went through at about 6 o’clock. Pure luck I reckon, same as Bayern. Bologna was easy, Celtic will be another lottery I suppose, especially if they keep the same criteria.

Edit: sorry, I thought this was about Friday night’s shit show.

Not happy if that's the case. Fair play if you managed to get your's though. Bought some Brentford tickets now. Will try again for the Celtic game....

I'm a claret member who's given up trying to get any champs league tickets now. But they went up for sale 5pm on Friday,  I tried but gave up after the queue system kept freezing. What annoys me is the lack of communication from the club. I only received an email from them to say I could buy tickets THREE hours after they went live. Obviously sold out by then. It was the same for Bayern no notification they were on sale at all. Yet for Bologne, I was emailed daily to buy my ticket.

It’s too late for you now but depending on how many you want I got a single for a mate at 19.30 on Friday, so there were a few still knocking around. This could be the same with the Celtic game so always worth trying, although I appreciate it’s bloody frustrating!

I’m amazed that I managed to get three together for the Bayern & Juve games. Bologna was a piece of piss obvs.

I think I got the sales/times info from the kind folk of H&V. Drummond maybe? Anyway, it’s always worth checking or asking on here. If I’m stuck that’s what I’ll be doing as the Celtic game approaches.

I think the full ticketing system needs a massive overhaul, generally I get an email 1 minute before they actually go on sale, usually they are on Mondays 4 weeks before the game, but that has been different for UCL games, you only really know beforehand if you check the official website on the news section to see the on sale dates

For the UCL games, I think the Member sale should be split up into different criteria, first one for ones who have attended all CL and UCL matches, then drop it by one or two, then maybe down to people who attended only one of these games

Or maybe for all Member sales, you are allocated points for every game you attend regardless of whether it is league or cup, a bit like the away ticketing system and criteria is drawn from this

Then we come on to the actual purchasing of the tickets, what an absolute shit show this is, constantly crashing when accessing, logging you off, not showing that tickets are available when they should be, when it does show the tickets being available, it crashing when trying to zoom in and having to start the process again (this might be because I was doing it on my phone), crashing when a ticket is selected so not sure if it's in the basket, releasing the tickets because you can't get back on to the site, crashing when trying to pay for a ticket so not sure if it went through, try to pay again to make sure and it says you can't as it is already being processed, but your not convinced it is because I actually hadn't put in my payment details!!

It did eventually go through after about 45 minutes of trying, luckily I was only after a single seat, I can't imagine how bad it was for people to get multiple seats together

Not sure whether the ticket website issues are down to the volume of people trying, but surely not have a free for all at the same time will help with this

The club can't even tell you how many are potentially eligible for tickets in each criteria now, I asked this question to them to see whether I needed to be on at 5pm or could wait until the carnage died down

Overall currently getting any tickets seem to be an absolute nightmare experience and I'm sure lots have had worse experiences than me of this as I have actually been able to get tickets for all the European homes over the last couple of season, but I'm sure people with the same history as me will have missed out because of some of the above issues
