Let's smash them and put an end to Ten Hag's misery. I know he's doing a fantastic job, but if King Rat and the guy from MasterChef really want Southgate, things could get so much better.

Would be kind of funny if Ipswich were the only team we couldn't beat this week.
...and seasons when we can't beat Ipswich tend to go well...

We're better than them but if they ever draw the lottery at Villa Park you just know it'll be won by a Man U ****.  Still, this side breaks such runs so FTF.  2-0.

Defend as we did last night and we will win the game. They are not a good side and we need to exploit that as Spurs did.

Martinez
Cash, Konsa, Torres, Maatsen
Tielemans, Barkley
Philogene, Rogers
Buendia, Watkins

Likely to have a number of players out. No harm to rotate the likes of Carlos and Digne, Cash might only last 60-70 mins anyway.. As much as last night was great, to beat these would mean even more. Squad is going to be weak enough in all honesty with all the injuries.

Here comes the Champions League hangover. The worst time to play them.

Maybe when we start beating them on a vaguely regular basis.

I'm not pissing my pants. I'm sensibly aware of an actual witch's curse that exists.

They are in Porto tonight, we've not travelled. We have Emery.

We'll lose. Wankers.

I wasn't thinking so much about the supporters, but in the past couple of seasons Villa teams have afforded them too much respect.

They are playing Porto in Portugal tonight.  If we're likely to be struggling after our European adventures, then they will be too.

Are you trying to apply logic here? Ha, fool!

I do not share your optimism but it absolutely is. In fact, giving them in particular a proper hiding would probably trump last night.
