I've been there three times I think. First time was when Luc Nilis bost his leg and twice in the Championship. It's a decent away day.

Can't see anything other than a Villa win, and convincingly too.

4-1.

Went there the one and only time on the opening day in 1992, 5 or 6 of us sat in the middle of the home end, was starting to get a bit niggly with the home fans until our late equaliser revealed that there were pockets of Villa fans everywhere.

Dalian with the goal, God bless him.

Went there mid 90s I think when we were fighting relegation under Brian Little. We were terrible and Villa supporters started fighting amongst themselves then got a winner in injury time through  a complete defensive giveaway.

Caught the train back to London and sat with Mark Bosnich who was going out with John Fashanu.

Surprised that didn't make the tabloids at the time.

That reminds me to check when the new drama about Justin Fashanu is going to air, it's been in the works for a couple of years now.

I went in the FA Cup 1996. Mark Draper scored a stunner.

They did the treble over us in 80/81.
Fat lot of good it did them.

Hopefully, but other than against Citeh they’ve been competitive so I doubt it’ll be comfortable.

I was there just after the pub bombings, the insensitive, thick straw chewers were singing, I,I,IRA, Ipswich Republican Army.
Not a happy afternoon for everyone there.
Can not remember the score , but I always look out for their score hoping the wankers are losing
Hammer the fuckers.
