I bet this has been asked before but here goes...

My brother doesn't have a phone with a "wallet" and the only e-mail he has had doesn't have the option to print the ticket. It is nigh on impossible to get through to the ticket office so what are his options?

Can I put it in my "wallet" alongside mine?

Any body got the same issue? At the moment he has paid £94 and can't actually get in to the game!!

Any other non ST holders who have received an email with links to download their Bayern tickets that don't work? This was sent on day of purchase and makes it clear it isn't your ticket. Well where is the ticket then??

Yep have the same thing…I have 3 ‘tickets’ on the my confirmation…2 of us have had to suck up phone thing but one is a physical card.  None of the images for Apple or Google wallet seem to be links.

I’ve messaged @avfcsupport on twatter to see what is going on

Yes, there's plenty of tickets left for the Bologna game, but not as many as on Friday night after Claret members who had attended 1 CL game last season got their 1st chance. I suspect that some people waited until today when they got paid. Plus Claret members who didn't go to a CL game last season get their chance at 5 pm tonight. Anyone who wants to go that have booking history will be able to buy tickets by Friday of this week. I think it'll be near a full house.

Yes you should be able to put both on your phone and hand the phone to him for his go through the turnstiles. Two of our party had to do this for Arsenal.

Or he can go to the ticket offices at the back of the Holte/by the side of the Trinity and get a paper ticket printed off

Just tried to add it to my wallet but the "add to wallet" image isn't a link. Nothing happens  at all.

Looks like he might have to do that. Do you know what hours they are open on match day? I haven't been near the ticket office for years!

This is what is happening with ours. So no one can download their tickets

Same here - You beat me to it. Sorted through Twitter, my brother now has a print at home ticket. It really shouldn't be such a chore to get it sorted! The phone lines may as well not exist!

I need to opt out of the Champions League cup scheme before they charge me for Juventus then opt back in for Celtic, all without deleting my Bayern or as-yet-unreceived Bologna tickets.

I can't imagine anything will go wrong.

A lad I know who is a member bought 3 Bologna tickets with his mates in the Trinity this morning and thought they were selling well. I suspect people are thinking it might be the only time that they are so readily available.

For season ticket holders in the cup scheme and had a payment deducted have you received your tickets for Bologna?
