I hope Jonathan Creek can come in and figure this ball malarkey out. I thought the big teams were meant to get easy draws? How do you explain Man City getting Spu... oh.

Palace played their first team away to QPR. Can't see us getting through playing reserves.

I think the conspiracy theory member of Footy's team was on the late shift last night.

That's what they want you to think...

Footy, are you thinking what I’m thinking? Could we, nay, should we, have a thread specifically about balls?

I actually genuinely want to know what he thinks about the moon landings, I could do with some entertainment on a boring Thursday morning.

All our League Cup trophy wins occurred in years begining with a 1.
This made me laugh more than it really should have.

As did all our trophy wins, but I know that's not the point of current trending conspiracy.

I hope you’re not forgetting the Peace Cup. That was a number 2.

On the contrary, I think you'll find we won that in 1430 AH.

Palace played their first team away to QPR. Can't see us getting through playing reserves.

If it's the same reserve side that beat Wycombe, I'd agree - but the game is over a month away.  Assuming no new injury concerns, our "reserve" team could conceivably include Mings, Kamara, Carlos and Philogene by then.  When you're also including the likes of Barkley, Duran, Buendia and Maatsen - that's a pretty solid start to your outfield, while also resting most players would likely have started the previous match.  Chuck in a couple of kids and that's not a bad side at all.

True, and don't forget Cash. Not everything is digital. Yet.
