Let’s be honest, for £50 m this has been a disastrous signing. Good when fit and playing but any physicality and he’s crocked. Nobody is going to take him off our hands for at least 12 months if at all.

Yes disaster, I mean apart from helping us get into the Champions League again which should get us approx another £70m and a European trophy what else has he done?

Terrible news for the guy. We may have been planning to anyway but obviously this accelerates the need for a new CM asap. Simply can't go into the season with Lindelof and Tielemans as our midfield two and maybe Barkley as backup.

How many backups do we need for Kamara?

He's only started more than 6 consecutive games for us twice. A run of 9 in 24/25 and 14 last season.

Maybe he can retrain to play In a less combative part of the pitch. Decent height for a goalie.

Imagine the damage he could do when diving for a shot.

Yeah but he's only responsible for £3m of that £70m. Even Bogarde was £2.2m but little Emi gave us £12m of input  8)

The same can be said of the whole squad. Do you honestly think we’d have signed him knowing that he’d be as injury prone as he is? Not a chance. And yes, it’s a disaster because he’ll be out for a considerable amount of time again with little chance of getting much return on the club’s investment thereafter.
