Bellingham has turned into a bit of a pratt, hasn't he? Tuchel should take him off, teach him a lesson.
Was just having this discussion with my brother. He's becoming quite a diva. Great player but needs reining in a bit.

He's just too easy to get at for the opposition, teams just needle at him and get a reaction far too easily. If he doesn't get that under control he's going to let himself down a lot over his career.

Radio 5 makes a point of saying Rice is subbed because, you know, Arsenal are still challenging for the title and have a big European game coming up.

Meanwhile....."I hope Unai Emery is not watching this. Ezri Konsa has been in the wars and the Aston Villa defender is on the receiving end of another crunching challenge. He picks himself up but doesn't look happy at all."

Konsy should be on a hat-trick.

He's so cool at the back we should call him 'Konzie' or 'The Konz'.

If Konsa played for Arsenal or Man City, he'd be the first centre back in every England XI and lauded by the pundits at every opportunity.

Morgan Elliot Rogers very good IMO. Rashy showed how a dangerous attacking weapon he can be, often involved in building the attacks. Konsy superb.

How poor was Guehi and Lewis SKelly , media won't mention that though yet they will roast Rashford .

The more I see Lewis-Skelly play the more obvious it becomes that he's a midfielder not a fullback. He does an ok job when he's allowed to play inverted and fill in midfield but defending or attacking out wide he struggles. He'll get away with it against most teams because Arsenal and England dominate possession enough that he can drift into 'safer' areas but I'd be very nervous about him being their against the very top sides.

The problem is that there isn't an obvious international standard left back we can pick, Lewis Hall is probably the best option but I'm not fully convinced by him either.

If the World Cup was tomorrow I'd go:

Pickford

James
Stones
Mings
Lewis-Skelly

Rice
Bellingham

Saka
Palmer
Rogers

Kane

Brilliant pass from Rashers to Morgy, perfectly disguised.

I’d go:
Anyone,
James, Konsa, Mings, proper LB
Rice, Bellingham
Rashford, Rogers, Ramsey
Watkins.

I'm not sure how you can put Stones in over Konsa after those 2 performances.

Bellingham is a fake Brummie, nose cock who needs taking down a peg or two. His attitude has become terrible. Rogers by far the superior player tonight and plays with a smile rather than a scowl and a fuck off on his lips.

I have nothing against Bellingham in local 'rivalry' terms. He played for SHA, he supports SHA, fine by me. I don't support England, so I'm not arsed.

But every time I've seen him play (which has been since he moved to Madrid) I have thought he's a complete dickhead.

He's a top talent and his Blue's connections mean jack shit to me so long as he performs for England. But there's been a big change in him since he went to play for Real Madrid. I'm all for a bit of swagger if a player in any sport knows he's on top of his game and elite in his sport. But he is now showing signs of arrogance and when there's a misplaced pass or a player chooses to pass to someone else there's a look of "don't you know who I am?" about him. Gone is the humility of a lad from Stourbridge who done good. Like I said in my previous post he needs reining in before he becomes very disliked in the game.

I had to do a double take. Konsas last two performances albeit against lowly opposition (in terms of world rankings) have been flawless and to leave him out of England's next game would be very very harsh. He's made the shirt his own at the moment and someone else has to take to off him. I don't see how it would be justified to give it back to John Stones right now.
