He's an absolutely world class played and had a decent performance last night. fair is fair.
Without the running of Rodri, other players have to do it more. And they are getting too old to be doing that. I mentioned De Bruyne was blowing around 65-70 mins into the match after one attack. Walker (before he left), Stones and Gündoğan are similarly static these days. Gvardiol and Lewis are probably their most mobile players at the moment.

If you didn't know the number on his back was 5 you wouldn't have noticed him at all really.

I'm still not sure what Bellingham's best position is for Real or England. He's still on that could be a 4, 8 or 10, where he got his retired number 22 from, wherever he plays he always seems to drift to the left, and it can get crowded there when he does it.If (big if), he signed for us I would think he'd be in Ramsey's spot on the left or Rogers as a 10, it would probably suit him more than having to play behind a front 3 for Real, perhaps that's next season's ambitious loan signing !!
If he was available I'd absolutely have him in our squad.
