Aston Villa can confirm Ben Chrisene has completed a permanent move to Norwich City.

The defender signed for Villa in the summer of 2020 from Exeter City, going on to lift the FA Youth Cup in 2021, scoring the opening goal in the final as Villa beat Liverpool 2-1.

Earlier that year, the former England youth international made his senior debut for the club in an FA Cup third-round tie.

A loan spell at Kilmarnock during the 2022/23 campaign was cut short by injury and last term, he made 18 appearances during a temporary stint with Blackburn Rovers.
