Well done Ladies, to put it mildly a badly needed victory.

Brilliant winner in the last minute of stoppage time from Ebony Salmon.

I hope it was a header.

I listened to updates in the car and thought that it sounded like a very exciting game; Shebahn Aherne was behind Villa all the way, which is refreshingly different for a TS presenter, although Adrian Durham is often positive about Villa, as well as the Old Boys like Andy Townsend and Gabby, of course.

She’s a John McGinn fan as well, which may explain the partisanship.

Villa came back twice to equalise and go ahead, which augurs well for the rest of the season after a rather dismal start before today. Well played, all!

Well done Ladies, to put it mildly a badly needed victory.

Especially with Arsenal, Man City and Chelsea in the next five games.

It was ironic that, despite Kirsty Hanson having a decent game, she was responsible for both Palace goals.

Arsenal away in just under an hour, I am less than confident. Salmon replaces record signing Silva after her late winner in the last league game.

Losing 2-0 at half time and not created a single chance ourselves.

Our record against the top teams is utterly pathetic. One win each against Arsenal and Man City, none against Man U and we've managed one goal and zero points in eight league meetings with Chelsea.

3-0. Seems I made a wise choice not trying to seek out live coverage.

Charlton midweek in the League Cup. Given that only the group winners progress, we are likely out anyway so may as well play some kids.

West Ham home and Everton away next two league games. Could really do with some points as it's Man City and Chelsea afterwards and we know how those will go.
