Is this pro-shirt thing a new thing where now they charge a fortune for a cheaper version and an astronomical price for the same as the players wear? In other words, when i used to buy them years ago for what seemed a relatively fair price did i get a hoi-polloi version or the same as the players wore?

Online shop won't let you put the Champions League ball on the kids' shirts. JD don't do that online for either.

Basically. It's been happening for a few years now though.

I expect it was the same because in the old days, there was no different materials for cooling etc. So the side panels are different and microholes and lots of other things not actually needed when using it to walk down to VP.

Weird thing to draw the line at? Do they allow the League Cup patch?

I was disappointed that they haven't released Pro socks, with holes in the back.

Given how kids copy any trend set by the top players, I'm waiting for one of them to take a pair of scissors to the school kit and for me to lose my shit.

I love it. The Noses have to cling to the Peaky Blinders imagery which is only really associated with them cos the fictionalised show is written by a fan. We have proper Brummie celebrity fans to show off in the video. Between this and the last video the club did it really does show the local roots.

They've taken the pro kit off the website completely now, so I guess it's totally sold out. Why not just put a "SOLD OUT" banner up, and let people pre-order for when it's back in stock?

I suppose they want to encourage them to switch to the standard kit and buy now rather than wait a few weeks for the alternative.

This is the first time I can remember having our new shirt deal Tweeted by Kerrang!
