I'm sure Newcastle have had green in their training gear before, back in the 90s maybe.

Pretty much most clubs have used green at some stage ovest the last 40 years . Its now a main colour for Jaudi Arabia. Expect it in their home kit over the next few years even if just some Saudi Green piping.

So if we use green in any part of our kits or training gear does that make us complicit in the Saudi wrangle? Or when they had green in their training kit in the 90s was that them twerking to Saudi for a takeover thirty years later?

I’m confused.

Not sure about the blurry horse but I love the look of Juve's 3rd kit.

Don't like that at all, looks like a second-rate polo shirt.

In fairness to Newcastle, I can remember them have kits with those sort of colours in the 1990s, so nothing to do with Saudi Arabia (unlike their kits from last season).

Liverpool had similar kits at the time too.

Yeah, it looks like the sort of nylon golf shirt Glen Hoddle would wear.

In both the 1990s and on occasions this century, Newcastle incorporated a flash of electric blue so as to replicate the colours of a, err, magpie.  I've no recollection of any green, certainly not on the home kit.

A pissed lion who doesn't know which way to look could be quite blurry.
