If this is Geezer:

Who is this:

Looks like an unwell Eric Idle
He's a legend, whoever he is.
World stardom awaits.

Have to admit I thought it was Geezer minus the beard

No one seems to know.

Okay, we're going to have to do this the hard way... who's got a pen?

It isn't me.

Who's next?

Some speculation that it’s Willie Anderson

That would be a bit random. Given this is Willie in 2015, I have my doubts.

Looks like the Champions League numbering is different.

I wonder what changes there might be to squad numbers, as in not the adding of new players (though that's one thing) but if any numbers of last season's squad will change.... As an example I have suspected that Watkins may get the Number 9.

Pictures from the launch day here;

The banner photo looks very much like a child with gambling advertised across his chest.

Age might be borderline, I guess, but if i were the club's web agency, not sure I'd have risked that

The players in the kit photos might have been down to availability at the time rather than an indication of who is staying or going.

I really like the kit.

It's a shame about the badge, but then again, I have a Nike acorns kit with Lerners crayon effort, so I might still buy one of these adidas ones when they come back into stock.

I love the video with Osbourne & Butler.

Its has lots of people talking about Villa, even non footballing outlets like NME.

Great stuff.

Another tick in the box for Heck & his team...

love the shirt  . thumbs up.   Lads dying to get over to the shop and he has got in Aston University so we can look at both.

So Moreno is staying and Lucas going then?

That was my thought when seeing Moreno in the new kit.

Its interesting that Jacob Ramsey is not in either the mural or any of the new kit images. Not that I could see anyway.

Seems a bit strange not to include the local lad...

The Mural is the best player in the mens team who's just won a 3rd international title in a row, the best player in the womens team and the player of the season from last year, nothing odd about them not including a guy who's barely played from 12 months there.

The video/kit pictures is different but it really depends when it was filmed. It must've been before the players left for international duty so probably early June at the latest which means there's every chance JJ was still in a boot at the time (or at least still very early in recovery) and I can't imagine many clubs would make an injured player do a photo shoot.

Looking at the collar detail, we're different than all the other Adidas kits as we have more, and narrower stripes.

It says in the kit description that we've done that as a nod to our early kits.
