I actually feel quite sad for our players. They’ve literally given everything to get here. And with all the adversity of injuries, the number of games, the schedule. We are going to fall short tonight and even though it shouldn’t be, 4th is at risk. It would be crushing to miss out on both.

Me too. Best 18 months following villa as an adult.
We had absolutely no luck from the day Buendia did his ACL.

Well said, that's how I feel.

I don't get the short corner routine. We did it last week as well and it didn't work.

I’ve turned over to Star Trek Discovery.

Oof, that bad? Really thought Discovery was weak. Picard was bad until they got the band back together in S3 too. The whole franchise needs a total reboot, unsure how it could be done now.

Yep that bad!

Might jump to Leverkusen v Roma as it is now 2-2.

The Expanse is worth your time, but I expect I’m preaching to the converted here!

We'd be better off just letting Luiz shoot from corners.

Really hope we can hang on for 4th place now because they deserve something.

But all to easy to overlook that and just expect us to win and talk absolute bollocks on here rather than seeing this as our best season in an age. I do t think we will get 4th if I’m honest but nice for us to demand better st the top end of the table for once

Same. I just really hope they can get over the line in the league. I know 5th is a good season, but I think missing out on both the Conference and 4th would be a massive blow to them.

Thankfully RTE have a +1 schedule, so I can watch it after.
