May I boldly suggest that anybody who claims Barkley will be brought in to replace Dougie spends the entire transfer window in Time Wasters with no access to the rest of the site. Maybe the Heavy Metal Appreciation thread could be bundled in for extra punishment.

My guess he is a cheap alternative for whichever is sold between Doug/Ramsey or Tielemans. The surplus cash, after paying back FFP, will be spent on a DCM.
