I think Gray is being hyped up, purely because of his name and background, mainly by sky.

Have just read on BBC sport Arsenal are looking at selling Smith-Rowe, linked a couple of seasons ago and I know he has had a bad year with injuries. But if the price was right?

We were linked with him as recently as January, I'm sure. The Emery connection probably means we'll be linked every window with people he's worked with before.

If he's not good enough for them, he's not good enough for us.  Let him go to West Ham or some such like.

I don't think that's necessarily true. Arteta seems to have favourites. Tierney is another one (signed by Emery) that seems to have done alright on loan after being axed by Arteta.

If we wanted him, we would have gone for him instead of Rogers.  We don't need him.

I didn't say we did. Just the idea that someone Arteta doesn't rate means he's not good enough for us isn't one I agree with.

Wonder if Ramsdale would fancy being back up to the Worlds number one?

Yeah, he does feel a bit West Hammish at the moment. If he was playing for Man United, he'd feel a bit Evertony.

We will the same next season, so why should we get Smith-Rowe in when they don't think he is good enough to play for a team who are playing in the CL and competing for the title. He has only started three matches this season, against Sheffield United, Forest and Luton, so it shows you what they think about his abilities.

And I'm not sure why you have even mentioned Emi in the post for?
