Well, Emery knows best I guess. Have to say it'd be a tad disappointing if true.

the doctors and physios will know more than us but even we know it’s a bit gammy so Spurs will also be aware

That's all can think, Tim. The medical team will do the doctor equivalent of packing the engine with sawdust, then when he gets to spuds he'll have half a dozen decent games then they'll realise he's perma-crocked.

Not that I want him to be injured permanently, but if he is I hope Spurs are daft enough to do for him what we did for Micah Richards.
