I think Rodgers looks ok.

He does but very clumsy when trying to win the ball

I clearly might be totally wrong but it looked like a stud to the knee for Ollie, which I can imagine is painful but hopefully not serious.

I agree, slid into th ekeepers back foot, I reckon that's justa  nasty bruise and really fucking painful.

You ok hun?

Duran always looks lazy, I don't know what it is that makes him seem that way.

Diaby looks lively but keeps picking the wrong pass.

This game is pretty awful, apart from us being ahead.

Fuck em

Oh completely! It's just annoying when it's usually gung-ho for the English side.

Did I really hear the commentator refer to AEK Athens as Ike Athens???

That's how it's pronounced. Ike Athens. Powk Salonika. etc.

I've always assumed that it was just said as the three different letters

The inconsistencies of foreign club nomenclature.

It's Athlitiki Enosis Konstantinoupoleos, or the Athletic Union of Constantinople. In Greek they go Ike. But if you want to spell out the English letters you probabaly want to call them Ay - You - See. Greek name, Greek pronunciation. If you're not doing the Greek, translate the lot. But probably just do the Greek.

I reckon if everyone just calls them whatever they want, things will probably be fine in the end.
