It’s great to see Emi out there and moving without any real issue.

I’ve quite enjoyed the commentary too on this MLS feed, which is rare for a pre season friendly

If Maatsen and Onana are back with us after the Euros, where is McGinn? Considering Scotland went out about 4 weeks before Holland and Belgium.

Game over. First half makeshift defence made silly errors that led to their goals. We should have had at least one penalty. We didn’t do a lot in the second half but got a bit better as the game went on and better players came on. Nobody injured, great to see Emi return.

I’m guessing it’s about who needs what on an individual level.

At times it had the feel of 'getting used to new teammates under game conditions', where there were passes to space where others hadn't made the expected movement.

The biggest difference between the teams was the reaction speeds and urgency. Understandable given they’re in the middle of their season.

Yes, not sure how much training is being devoted to tactics and positioning at this stage. Especially with the core of the first eleven still away.
