We should have scored more and there were a couple of defensive lapses but those should be fewer with Emi Martinez and Ezri Konsa back in the team. All three goals were taken really well particularly Cam's winner.

Ha! Got to feel sorry for the kid who thought he was getting the player's shirt, only for it to be given to the older lad next to him.

That puts Archer's stock up a bit.  Great finish, despite being manhandled from the halfway line. Thought Philogene was pretty good.  One or two growing into it now.  I am still a tad concerned about us defensively though.

Only 1 senior Centre Half available or selection right now means the defence isn't where we want it to be. Konsa coming in at the weekend and Carlos back available soon will make a difference and then Mings will be involved within a month or 2 as well.

Good game, far better than the US. The boy at right back looks excellent, his pace is frightening. Emi looking good (do we need Felix?) and as someone said earlier, Archer should be back up to Watkins, great movement and a great finisher. Keep Bogarde too but send Mr Sprinkles out on loan to a league 1 side. I hope the Duran situation is sorted ASAP, we need a squad that is 100% together..

Three really well taken goals and should have been more. Bringing Philogene back could well turn out to be a masterstroke.

Phillogene looked good and hopefully Bogarde is ahead of Carlos if we don’t manage to shift him on.

Konsa and Mings will definitely make a difference.  Carlos can go though. Much rather see a Mings/Konsa combo but can't see Unai leaving Torres out.

He does his bit defensively too.
