Coleton Palmer! Love it. For all the drooling over him, he's hardly ruthless in front of goal, is he?

I wish we had him. I realise he's 'unproven' but he looks the real deal, beautiful and intelligent on the ball. No doubt he'll be happy he's not facing the brilliant Emi Martinez every week.

Didn't see the game. Unimpressed that we didn't FTF down there.

The cameras picked out a Villa fan giving Chukwuemeka "the wankers" when he came on, just for you.
Good lad!

Much better in second half, really should've won it in the end as Chelsea were out on their feet last 20 minutes.

Not sure really what was the point of putting Bailey on so late, would've got him on instead of Zaniolo.

It will be decided at VP. Not too unhappy at that prospect.

Got back for 2nd half - looked decent following the 1st half that the BBC said Martinez kept us in it.  Defensive passing still makes me nervous & will catch us out for sure one day.  Cash excellent - best game in a good while.  Diaby horribly out of sorts but will surely come good.

Agreed, he’s a lovely footballer. Decent enough draw tonight, we were the best side last 20 minutes. Diaby though, as much use as tits on a nun.

Bailey should have come on at 65 mins.
I wonder why Emery dallied?

We aren’t the side we were before Christmas but we hang in there and still look organised. We’ll get back to it soon enough and hopefully Torres and Ramsey are back soon.
Watkins scores in patches and we need one of those to come soon. Diaby is a worry but he’s a good player who’s just out of form.
Still in the hat and pre Emery we’d have lost that.

Much improved second half but, couldn’t have been much worse than first half. Diaby’s strength seemed to be taking on a player for pace but, somehow, we seem to have knocked that out of him. Earlier in the season, the defenders didn’t know how to deal with him but, like Grealish, now always turns to play a backwards pass. Come on Unai, surely you’ve seen that as well.

Much better 2nd half, happy to take them back to VP, first time we've been in the hat for the 5th round, since 2015.
