Fair point. The reason i flagged this one is just because i think that Spurs game is potentially enormous for the top4/5 race and the Ajax games will have an impact whatever way we cut things . So i think it's worth flagging.

If I could be arsed to look back, I think every cup game we have played this season, you have mentioned the league match is more important. So I think we are all flagged out by now.

Luckily I live partly in Glasgow and have booked return flights for £100 from there with Easyjet.

Ferry and bus/train an option?

Eurostar direct to Amsterdam is 3 hrs 56 mins.
not bad if you're anywhere near St Pancras or Ashford
So let me get this right, everyone who travels on Eurostar lives on the platform at those two stations?

The timing of these 2 games could not be any worse.

Why?
We probably play our biggest Prem game of the season inbetween the 2 , Spurs at home. Huge game in the race for Champions League football.
No, not really. One League game is NEVER the biggest game of the season.

eh ? one might live in Bedfordshire which can be 20 mins into St Pancras . That's just one example.

Two European games literally on my doorstep. I lucked out on AZ tickets, but I have to try and get some for this, despite my immense dislike of the  Johan Cruijff ArenA.

Trust us to get perhaps the toughest draw. Would have been a good final never mind the last 16.

Ajax are largely just a name now . They have Jordan Henderson playing for them  ;D

We've been on the wrong end of the result against far worse teams in Europe.

So after Amsterdam, it seems a shame that the isn't a German team left in the competition either.
