I still think our strongest line-up should be starting. We don't play again until the 14th January at Everton. Our next League home game is Newcastle on the 30th! Hardly a heavy schedule.
we've gone overly  strong today. Belt & braces from Unai

Why is there such a gap until our next game?
Staggered winter break. Some teams don’t play next weekend, others the following weekend.

Sorry for some,  but for me,  league position takes priority. This is purely because what kind of players we can attract to have a solid title challenge.

Would love to do well though.

Durans farewell appearance.

He’s started following us again on Insta, so he’s staying (today)

Duran hat-trick incoming.

If we can't win a game with that line up we may as well just stop entering the competition.

The last time we did that it was won by Old Etonians.

Last away FA Cup game we won was 3-1 at Bristol Rovers in 2012. The only other one we haven't lost is Wycombe when Micah Richards scored. It's about time we buried these FA Cup records with a thumping win.

Strictly speaking, surely it was Liverpool at Wembley in 2015?

Nope as that was neutral. An away game with Liverpool would be Anfield.

Last time short build up was highlights of them v Flamenco in 1981.

When they lost 3.0 and programme editors knew the score
