RB, with Lindelof in the middle. He did fine, I thought.

Didn't really attack much, but that's probably to be expected. Also ended up further infield a lot more than our full-backs normally do - like that new full-back-dropping-into-midfield-thing that teams do.

Only saw the highlights, looked like he made some good passes from the right-hand side. Was caught out for their goal, albeit fine play by the scorer.

I actually look forward to his little 15-20 minute cameos now, the booking he received on Saturday was absolutely ridiculous in itself let alone the context of the game when the opposition had repeatedly commited worse offences without sanction.

He was clattered twice in very short order after coming on against Forest, winning free kicks bith times, but no cards were shown in either case.

But he got booked for the first foul he committed and I couldn't see any real difference between the severity of the fouls.

Probably, the problem, as it is far too often, is that they did similar and didn't get bookings, the inconsistency is what causes most of the complaints about refs.

He let Forest in with an overly-confident first touch that went awry. The whole team can be guilty of that, it's the way we play. A lot of chances our opponents get are gifted because we're enticing them into pressing us all the time.

Once we beat that, we move up the pitch very quickly. When they win the duel, we leave ourselves exposed.

As we control possession in most games, it can have the knock-on effect of increasing the risk of getting caught-out and I guess the downside of this cat-and-mouse method of playing will probably mean our goals against record will never be amazing under Emery.
