We should be using the right more often, Leon carrying the ball into the final third with ease.

I’m sick of VAR and the delayed offsides flag. Take some personal responsibility and make the call, tossers.

Weird first half, we were the better team for most of it but after our first we just switched off for 10minutes.

Very good from Watkins for both goals, the defence looks slightly off without Torres.

Re the non-celebration on the second goal. From up here in the crow's nest the consensus was that Watkins was offside. I've not seen it back. Was it close? Didn't look it at all.

We're way too open, but having your best defensive midfielder and centre half out will do that.

Bailey deserved a bit of luck after the Stockley Park prats ruled his goal (and most likely winner) out against Sheff U.

With the naked eye the goal was onside. With the first lines the goal was offside. It was still 30 more seconds that elapsed to the goal being allowed. It’s just not required to take that long to find fault. They should be doing everything possible to allow goals.

Had a tenner on Bailey first scorer at 7/1 so that’s nice.

Oh, and 52 minute halves with no injury or major stoppages of note.

Ridiculous.

Get that shit in the bin along with VAR.

A little tight, but played on by two men. Definitely not up for debate.

Was clearly onside from the telly pictures afterwards

That is half the problem with it they’re looking for every reason to disallow goals rather than just looking for blatant non goals.

Aston Villa have scored 19 first-half goals in 20 games, only Manchester City (20) have scored more in the Premier League this season.

Meanwhile, Burnley have conceded 19 first-half goals in 20 games, more than any other team in the Premier League this season.

Yep it looks very easy to get at us. Ramsey is a problem he’s so lightweight at the moment, he’s just getting brushed off the ball.

Bailey, Diaby, and Ollie all good though. We need at least another goal though.

Second goal looked miles offside from where I'm sat, in line with Watkins. I didn't get up from my seat.

Definitely the right decision to cancel the North Stand rebuild, Villa Park without that seething cauldron of noise doesn’t bear thinking about.

I’m at the game and that’s the least I’ve ever celebrated a goal. Been watching since 1972😡
Var is rubbish
