Slightly uncomfortable about this fixture, we seem to struggle down there and our away form is still somewhat iffy. We do have the tendency to throw in a below par display every now and again and I fear it could be Sunday. However, Emery proves me wrong about something or other in almost every single game which is an absolute delight. I hope he proves me wrong given my caution in this prediction.

1-1

I feel this is more than a banana skin than Forest was and we all know what happened there.  Big game for Tielemans who has to step up with Dougie out.

We really owe Brentford one at their place. No Dougie but tonight and Saturday he looked like he needs a rest.
They are a tough nut to crack there but still no Toney and no Mbeumbo. Their results on the whole haven’t been brilliant this season.

Martinez
Konsa
Carlos
Torres
Digne
Kamara
McGinn
Tielemans
Watkins
Bailey
Ramsey

2-0 (Watkins, Tielemans).

I'd prefer Cash to come back in at RB. I'm not sure at all about Tielemans in next to Kamara, maybe McGinn might play central with Tielemans further up and Bailey on right. Ramsey still a bit tentative since coming back from injury so will be interesting how his combination with Moreno will go.

He might start Donk as-well
Ramsey to come on later..

i hope he doesn't start Dendoncker, he's ok to come on to help see games out for the last 20 mins but if you need to get on the front foot he's not the answer.

So, we have Digne and Luiz suspended, Traore, Olsen, Mings, and Buendia out. Tielemans and Bailey doubtful.

              Martinez

Konsa Carlos Torres Moreno
            Kamara McGinn
Zaniolo                      Ramsey
           Diaby     Watkins

Tielemans and Bailey doubtful. Our squad is going to be tested a wee bit over the next few weeks. The Donk will be called-upon more frequently, maybe even for PL starts.

Big blow. Looks like the Ci£y / Arsenal double header has taken its toll

Tielemans out is a blow, with Luiz out as well.

McGinn could drop deeper or you risk Dendoncker

I can see Cash being used at right midfield again.

We struggle against bus parkers.  No idea how Brentford play, but if they set up to frustrate we need to be patient and take our chances.

And when I say 'struggle' I mean slightly!
