Statement win 2-1 - another late Ollie winner coming from 1 down.

Iím hoping our performance today results in a much needed kick up the backside. If kick is delivered  with Emeryesque aplomb accompanied by a fervent B6, a draw isnít beyond the realms.

Really hope Iím wrong but Iím thinking 0-2. Where others have failed to take advantage, city probably will.

Why do we need a much needed kick up the backside? That implies weíve been playing badly for a while?

A draw isnít ďbeyond the realmsĒ? Blimey, settle down.

It's over 10 years since we last beat them. 2 draws and 13 defeats.
This is easily the best equipped we have been to end that barren run.
They've shipped 8 goals in their last 3 games.
This season at home we are averaging 3.75 goals per game.
We don't need them to have an off night, if we are on our game we should win irrespective of what they do.
Not going into this with hope, but with expectation.

Ratboy has a suspension after being booked today.

Hopefully VP is hostile.

I think we'll win here. I truly do.

It should be hostile as fuck for the visiting team and fans. They're a stain on English football and need to realise this.

3-1 Villa, FTF  8)

Ah, ok.

Cheers chaps. Will have to put away my virtual cabbages now.

Tim, I think the Ratboy name is from here? At least in his thread title, anyway.
