Enjoyed reading this, Dave; SJM agrees with you that the team’s and his own performance ‘clicked’ against Brighton. He attributed any inconsistencies so far to trying to learn Unai’s system and put it into practice. I would like Unai and our guys to stay together as long as possible, under the radar, to see where this gets us!

With the recovery of the injured players, some of the young ones coming through soon and thinning out of the dead wood, we will be very strong next season, even without the new signings of which there will be a few.
