I would pick;-

Olsen

Cash
Carlos
Torres
Revan

Tielemans
Douglas Luiz

McGinn
Kellyman
Young

Duran
I'd be going a bit stronger.  I know it's "only" Hibernian and we're 5-0 up, but  I'd still rather send out a signal that we ain't messing about here.

Olsen

Cash
Carlos
Torres
Digne (Moreno's back soonish so don't think he needs to be rotated right now)

Donk

Traore
Tielemans
SJM

Bailey
Watkins

Bring on a few kids - thinking the likes of Tim Iroegbunam or Duran who are relatively close to the first team rather than random ones like Feeney - in the second half if we've properly killed the game off, but I'd be challenging the team to get a double-figure aggregrate score, with no goals conceded.

Not sure Iroegbunam is fit.

If he is, he would be in ahead of Dendoncker in my team...

Back in the 1970s my mum (mom) entered and won a competition in the Evening Mail, the prize for which was a box set of three ELO albums (On the Third Day, Eldorado and Face the Music). One of the questions concerned the footballing allegiances of Bev Bevan and Jeff Lynne. It was a great prize, I still play the albums today.

Great headline from B’ham Mail again…”Hibs match TV situation addressed”. Then read the article only to be told that no one is broadcasting it as it stands at the moment!!

The Hearts game is finely balanced, ours is over. I'm not surprised no one is showing it.

They're showing the Aberdeen game, which is fair enough as it's Europa League and finely balanced.

Not the most mouthwatering fixture given last week, the interest will come from Hibernians approach and a chance for us to see some fringe players. And Olsen.

2-0

I think Emery will start with a strong XI and when we go 2-0 up he'll ring the changes to rest some of our key players for Liverpool on Sunday.

Jeff Lynne, Birmingham fan isn't he?

Probably (I think Bev Bevan as well).

However, given that Moeen is on the list, I think this is people from Birmingham rather than Villa supporters.

Unless anyone can remember Hancock standing on the Holte

Isn’t Mo a Villa fan?

No, he's a big Liverpool fan

Disappointing.

Seems BBC Scotland only show games in Scotland

Charging a fiver for a tie we’re 5-0 up in is peak Villa business at the moment.

AVTV is hardly reliable.
