Approaching double figures for both goals and assists with six / seven matches left in the season isn't really that bad for a new signing is it?

For context, Son got about the same in his first season at Spurs, coming in from the same club at a similar age.

We're fucked. This season will end in disaster.

It's just obvious.

Ah, I miss those posts from *checks notes* two weeks ago.

Made an excellent tackle to help create the first goal and took his goal very well.
13 Goal involvement this season.
But I want more.

Diaby gets way too much criticism. Heís had off games and teams have adjusted to him. Something he will learn from and improve upon. Heís not shit at all. Heís a young player in a new league coming to terms with the pace and level.

He's definitely had some good moments this season so far, but it hasn't quite 'clicked' for him where he's been able to produce on a consistent basis.  Will hopefully be a different story next season after a full pre-season.

I thought yesterday was about his best game for us, he linked well with the others in the front three and apart from missing an easy chance in the first half and acting the fanny which led to their penalty I thought he played really well.

I think going to see a few special performances before the season is out and justify his price tag.
He's a super player

Can we claim Frimpong now?

Believe it was on of either Bailey or Diaby's shirts.

Imagine Frimpong will be out injured after this.

I assume he did this once his club were pretty much guaranteed the title. Had he done it before the whole team would be out for the season.

If Frimpong could come in he would do very nicely indeed for right back upgrade and links well with Diaby.

Clearly good friends.

Diaby was signed clearly with European pedigree in mind. He has to be one of our most experienced European players.
Diaby has played and scored in the Champions League.
He played all 6 group games in 22/23 and scored 2 goals they were home and away v Athletico Madrid.

In the Europa league he's scored against Monaco, FerencvŠrosi,  Union Saint-Gilloisen, Real Betis, Celtic, Atlanta, Nice, Salvia Prague, Young Boys, Porto , Rangers.

Stroppy little sod. Came on, did bugger all, got subbed, kicked a bottle, walked straight off down the tunnel.

He offered nothing, not for the first time.  Needs to sort himself out, sharpish. Far too many times this season, we have played with 10 players because he has disappeared.  I hope he does a Bailey.

I get that itís probably not a nice feeling coming on as a sub and then getting taken off, but he offered absolutely nothing. It feels like playing with ten men when heís on sometimes.

I thought we were tactically naive in the second half. Ollie was struggling to hold up the ball when it got to him, rarely. Chelsea were pushing up so much that I think we should have used Diaby and his pace as the out ball.

Yup. It's costing us Emery insisting on playing him until he eventually comes good when there's no guarantee he will. And before you say it, Bailey is a different player.
