Diabs was my motm. I thought he was brilliant and changed the game.

Honestly not sure why he doesnt start with baikey as they looked great together today

They also haven't sometimes as well. Like with Watkins when he plays with another striker, there has been times when Diaby and Bailey try to make the same runs and have gotten in each other way when they have both been on the pitch together. But now Diaby seems to be finding some form again, it might work more.

I dont think they have started many games thia season esp thia second half of the season. I think both will start vs wolves (injuries permitting) diabs definitely has been excellent in last two games

He was fantastic today, he was well up for it and helped us move the ball much quicker. He was buzzing around when we lost possession too. He certainly changed the tempo of the game with his attitude and direct play. Very good game.

I said at the beginning of the season he reminded me of Mané. He’s starting to get back to looking more like that again. If he comes back to form he can be a huge asset for us between now and the end of the season.

Did he touch the ball more than Watkins did? Both barely got 10 minutes each.

He isn’t get long, but the fact that he has been called up and got on the pitch has got to boost his confidence.

Hopefully it helps him kick on for the run in as his form has been better of late

He has a great shot on him, the way he announced his arrival on his debut at St James Park in August demonstrated that.

Confidence is building at the right time, and the shots he's flubbed in recent months are hopefully going to be erased from his game now for the most part.

He looks like a different player now his confidence is coming back, looks quicker again and full of purpose. Lovely timing on the pass to Konsa and his finish for the goal was a belter and universally highly rated (with the exception of TonyD from memory).

If he maintains and builds on this he could be the difference for us that gets us across the line.
