I know many will be enjoying the Grealish come down, I am not one of them. He was a great talent that wanted trophy's, he has them, but in truth he hardly contributed toward the winning of them. He has been on the periphary of the first eleven for a long time now coming on late in games. I cannot think of another player, with his talent, being so misused by a manager. He should be in his prime as a player but it seems the robotic system he has played in has drained away all his natural talent. He will be moved on for sure, I hope he can resurrect his career and get to somewhere near his best again.

Keinan's winner tonight plus looking fit AF as he whips his shirt off (2mins in):

Their keeper looks alright. Would he be interested in a spell on our bench?

Jack’s basically become a younger, outfield Scott Carson.

Looking at the photos in todays' paper. doesn't look like Prince George was very happy yesterday, a true Villa fan didn't want Man United to win!

He looked delighted meeting Grealish. He'd have him back at VP in a heartbeat, I reckon.

It's because he realises that without Super Jack we wouldn't have been promoted or have stayed up, and that without the £100m we received for him, we wouldn't have the players we do now. Prince George knows his footie.

Grealish is done at City. Barely used in the run-in, couldn't get a sniff in a final they were losing when the team had been on the pop for the last week. I wouldn't touch him with a ten foot bargepole.
He's got 3 years left of his contract on monster wages . He won't walk away for a lower wage . So it's  not us taking him back.
No ones picking up his wage bill. So I reckon he's going out on loan. Possibly in Europe but equally possibly in the premier league where Citeh can continue to contribute to his wages and he can play in every game except the ones against Citeh. I think Newcastle or Spuds are likely destinations.
Not a chance that Grealish has the mentality or maturity to survive living and playing in Europe.

Caught a bit of the F1 razzmatazz highlights . It seemed to be awash with ManUre players smugly sauntering around like they'd just done rhe treble. Annoying to say the least .

I think it will fully hit home on Jack what he gave up when, as I expect, he is excluded from the trimmed down Euro’s squad.

I mean look, if I trust Unai Emery with Barkley I'd trust him with Grealish (though by all accounts Barkley's had a change of lifestyle that Grealish...hasn't necessarily had to the same degree).

I've thought this for a long time though. Do the players who miss out on England squads really care anymore?
They are multi millionaires with a month off work. Do they really want to have to play for England in another tournament they wont win, or would they prefer to be off on holidays with their friends/family and relaxing before getting ready for pre-season.
I'm not sure Jack will be too bothered either way.

😂

I hope he ends up somewhere fucking miserable. Does Antarctica have a league?

If he ends up playing in Europe it'll be for someone like Real Mallorca where he can get his "work"-life balance just as he'd like it...

If we were getting him for a couple of million off the back of him having a great season against the odds, I'd give it a go.

But it would be the opposite of that.

Footballers thrive on all that stuff, though. They hate missing out. Hence why they leave to pursue trophies.

Alan Hutton could show him around.

Pleased for the lad making such a telling contribution. From those highlights it could easily have gone the other way but for the woodwork and some good keeping.

Lovely to see him completely engulfed by his teammates after the goal.

Well done to the lad.
